Our Staff
The Leadership Team takes forward decisions made at PCC, and decides how best to implement them in to church life. The Staff Team plan and run (along with members of the congregation who serve) all the events, services and groups that take place. The Admin Team support the leadership and staff teams.

Mick Hough
Vicar
Mick came to know Jesus at the age of 21 after a few years of sitting on the back row of his local church and listening to the gospel. He is married to Libby with two adult children. He's a former electrician and worked in parish evangelism with Church Army prior to ordination. He supports Derby County from his armchair and keeps fit by running, walking the dog and riding his Triumph Bonneville.

Sarah Alexander
Associate Vicar
Sarah arrived at Holy Trinity in March 2014, having previously served as Associate Vicar at St Nicolas, Newbury. She is responsible for discipleship and training at Holy Trinity and loves helping people of all ages and life stages find their place in the Kingdom of God. In her spare time she enjoys time with friends and family, and walking her friendly labrador.

Tim Menary
Operations Director
Tim has been a follower of Christ since his late teens when he decided to make the faith he had been brought up in his own, and following a career in Hospitality Management he joined the team at HT in May 2022. He lives in Smallfield with his wife and two dogs, and in his spare time enjoys watching football (Crystal Palace) and rugby (Saracens), walking in the countryside, going to gigs, and drumming with his band.

Mike Gordge
Churchwarden
Mike is married to Kalpita with two grown-up daughters. He had a career in the field of Biomedical Science but retired in 2014. The family have been at Holy Trinity for many years and Mike has served on coffee rotas and been involved with the Timperley Church and organising the Wayfarers walking group. He hopes to be an encouragement to Holy Trinity in its proclamation of the gospel and to fellow HT members as they grow in faith. Mike enjoys walking and playing tennis, as well as the arts.

Ruth Inwood
Churchwarden
Ruth is married to Mark, and they have three married children and three
grandsons. They enjoy walking in the local countryside with their dog and are keen gardeners, growing lots of fruit and vegetables. Ruth and Mark also enjoy camping on the north Cornish coast and swimming in the beautiful clear water. For less energetic relaxation Ruth reads and sews. A Christian for over 50 years, she has been a member of HT for eight. She serves on the church council (PCC) and also on Diocesan Synod, and is currently one of HT’s Parish Safeguarding Officers.

Sarah-Louise Schofield
Curate
Sarah-Louise trained at St Mellitus Theological College, London and completed her ordinand training with St Luke's Church, Reigate. Married to Pete, they have three teenagers, two at St Bede's School and one at university. With a background in sports science and business, Sarah-Louise's past work has been in health promotion, and teaching and lecturing working for Christians in Sport, All Nations College and Godstone Farm. As a family they have lived in Redhill and worshipped at HT for 18 years with family life revolving around sport, music, cooking and walking their dogs, Evie and Pippa.

Esther Menary
Families, Youth & Children's Minister
Esther grew up knowing Jesus and has always enjoyed sharing her faith with children and young people. She joined the staff team in April 2023 after a 10 year career as a Primary teacher. She lives in Smallfield with her husband, Tim, and their two dogs, Loki and Lando. In her spare time she enjoys undertaking art projects, reading, writing and going on countryside dog walks with family and friends.​

Michael Durant
Assistant Minister
Michael grew up knowing Jesus as his friend and saviour and has the joy of never really knowing life without him! He used to be a secondary school geography teacher and now enjoys teaching people about Jesus and sharing his love for him. Michael works part time at Holy Trinity, and has recently finished studying with Union School of Theology, achieving a post graduate diploma in theology. He loves music and can often be found at gigs and concerts enjoying live performances of all different varieties.

Clare has been a member of Holy Trinity for many years, and was called to join the staff team as our Timperley Worker in September 2022.​

Nicci Durant
Church Administrator
Nicci has known Jesus since she was about 6 years old, but her relationship with
him really grew from her late teens. She enjoys working in the church office
because there are lots of people to meet, and no two days are the same!

Lesley-Anne Clegg
Church Administrator
Lesley-Anne has worked in the church office for the last 13 years. She loves spotting typos, agonising over font types/ colours, and sharing what’s happening in church so we can invite others along! Lesley-Anne came to faith as a sixth former and has a particular heart for the worldwide church and world mission. She and husband Roger have two sons and when not cooking/baking to keep up with demand, she loves to read – cookery books, missionary biographies, and fiction. Always up for tea and cake.

Mark Froy-Smith
Finance Officer
Mark joined the team at HT in June 2022, having previously worked at NatWest Bank for 37 years. He lives with his wife, Karen, and their son, Toby. In his role as Finance Officer at HT he is in the office Monday to Thursday mornings, and loves working for God's glory. A big part of his job is helping people out with queries, and he enjoys bringing a smile to somebody in or out of the church family, and helping them in whatever way he can.

David Field
Treasurer
David has been a member of the family at HT for over 20 years, having previously attended other churches including in his native North East. He lives in Reigate with his wife and two grown up children and enjoys going out for walks, jogging (very slowly), going to the cinema and theatre, and experiencing the roller coaster of emotions that comes with supporting Newcastle United.
