News from HT

Trinity News

Trinity News is our weekly newsletter which goes out by email to our church family, letting everyone know what is coming up in church life. If you would like to receive this, you can sign up here.

Connected

Our Connected Building Project is a vision of a building fit for the 21st century that will be welcoming and accessible to all.

Project Progress

Our building project is well and truly underway. If you would like a peek at what has been happening on site, head to our YouTube playlist here for a weekly Timelapse video - one week of work condensed into around 1 minute!

Financing the Project

Thanks to the generosity of our donors over many years and with the help of two generous grants detailed below, we are now on the final stretch of raising funds for furnishings and fittings for our new building. If you would like to help get the project finished, please click here to inform us of your gift and to receive instructions on how to donate, knowing that every contribution is valued, whatever its size.

Special Thanks

We are very grateful for two generous grants, awarded towards the completion of improved facilities which will serve our parish and welcome our community. Reigate and Banstead Borough Council has awarded us a grant through its Community Asset Transfer and Support Programme of £250,000. Benefact Trust, a Christian foundation, has awarded us a Community Impact Grant of £120.000

Other ways of supporting the project

As well as financially, members of Holy Trinity can support the Connected Building Project in two vital ways:

Prayer, as we seek God’s will and ask him to guide and provide. We invite church family members to join a prayer meeting over Zoom on a Saturday morning most months of the year, from 9 – 9.30am. See Trinity News, the church family’s weekly newsletter, for details of these meetings. We also send weekly prompts for personal prayer – please ask the Church Office if you would like to receive these.

Practical help, in a variety of forms. As the project is now underway, there are plenty of opportunities to join in with more practical tasks, particularly with the changes to church life whilst we worship at St Bede's - you can sign up to help here.
