GIVE

Our Vision means we are often called to give away people and resources. So we always need new people to partner with us, to be part of and to contribute to the ongoing work.

"Each person should do as he has decided in his heart - not out of regret or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way, always having everything we need, you may excel in every good work."

(2 Corinthians 9:7-8 (NIV))

Giving to God

Here at Holy Trinity Church our income is generated by church members.

In response to all that our generous God has given us, we can be thankful and thoughtful about our own financial giving to God’s work. We would encourage you to review your giving or, for some, to consider giving to Holy Trinity on a regular basis for the first time.

‘Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendour, for everything in heaven and on earth is yours. Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.’      King David’s prayer in 1 Chronicles 29: 11-14 (NIV)

‘For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have’

The apostle Paul’s teaching on giving from the heart in 2 Corinthians 8: 12 (NIV)

Ways to Give

  • Online giving To make a one-off donation online through CAF Donate, please click here.  Please include Gift Aid if you are able. You can also arrange regular giving online, although using a standing order avoids the online provider deducting an administration fee.

  • Standing order To begin regular giving or to amend an existing Standing Order, please use this form - our part is already completed; complete your part and send it directly to your bank.

  • Gift Aid To make a Gift Aid declaration, which will increase the value of your gift by 25%, please complete the relevant part of the form, put it in an envelope addressed to the Gift Aid secretary, and return it to the Church Office.

  • Cheque or cash To make a one-off donation (cash, or cheque payable to 'Holy Trinity Redhill PCC'), please leave an envelope with the Church Office or place it in the offering box on a Sunday.

  • Legacy: HT has a guide to leaving a legacy.

The Treasurer's Team greatly appreciate notification of any changes to your planned giving. Please email the Treasurer.

We offer a short booklet by John Stott called “10 Principles of Christian Giving”, which you may find helpful as you think and pray about your response.

Thank you,
