care@ht is a developing ministry, and an outworking of our 2020 Vision to have ‘co-ordinated pastoral care structures to serve all our members’.

What do we offer?

 Friendly visits
 Lifts to appointments and church
 Help with shopping
 Meals
 Communion at home for those unable to get to church

How can I access this?

In any of three ways:

 By a slip put into the care@ht box which is in the Church Foyer on the sign-up desk.

Who can ask for this?

 Any member of Holy Trinity, either for themselves, or - with that person’s permission - for someone else.

Please allow at least 48 hours for us to arrange the help.
